Return Policy

Unworn products can be returned within 28 days, 14 days time to print the returning label and another 14 days to send it out.

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to purchase a new item, please place a new order.

 

If there is no return shipping label enclosed with your order, you can use the button on the botom of this page to create one. The cost for returning wil be shown in the proces. The returning address will be shown on the return shipping label.

Make shure to keep the shipping reciept until we processed your order. 

 

Refund

Any refunds are paid automatically (after we processed your order) to the account you used for payment. If you paid by Paypal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account.
